 "2012 Traditional Training has commenced

Enrollments are now open for the first term."

The Canberra Dojo of Okinawa Ryu Karate Do Shuri te Seibukan has been established for 25years and provides  two formal sessions per week, there is a two hour duration for each traditional lesson.

Our Traditional Karate Do Dojo is centrally located at:

 "The Torrens Community Hall."

"Off street parking provided."

The Dojo is under the supervision of Sensei Istok Tanevski  who is a registered and certified traditional Sensei. Training directly under the traditional guidance of Hanshi  Garry O'Connor - Kudan, 9th Dan Principal Instructor and examiner for Oceania.

Our traditional school (Ryu) welcomes new students seeking to further refine their character, health, personal well being and spirituality through onerous traditional budo training.

Our students are introduced to a most effective and proven traditional teaching - training curriculum, focussing on significant self development, and the traditional principals of classical Karate Do, building self esteem through dedicated and meaningful training, all within a positive learning environment. We invite new students who are 12 years and over to join and experience our traditional school of budo, as there is a selective intake on a periodic basis, our traditional training is typically limited to small groups of dedicated students, where the focus is on each student's personal development.

" Welcome To Our New Members."
